Advertising

Buyers tend to visit websites where homes are advertised and read the local publications. This, of course, varies from area to area. Assist-2-Sell Dallas utilizes the most effective real estate advertising avenues. Our advertising features your home, not photos and biographies of individual Realtors. If the buyer is interested in buying your home, we will handle the negotiating and all the paperwork.

Yes! We oversee the closing process!

There are many details involved that require expert attention once the purchase agreement is accepted. Our Realtors and support team work the same as traditional agents to assure that everything that needs to be done, gets done. This includes working with the lender, appraiser, inspectors, surveyors, insurance agents, attorneys, and title companies.

And, of course, we only get paid for results!
